Join us for an intensive and structured 2-year rotational, full-time program consisting of up to 11 challenging 2 � 6 month rotations across the functions like Commodities, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Equity Sales, Finance, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Information Technology, Marketing Communications, Risk Management and Operations at Elixir Securities.
During these 2 years you will be provided an ideal platform to work alongside industry leaders and experts rendering a direct access to competence and industry best practices.
At the end of the Elixir Graduate training program, candidates will find themselves capable of moving directly into middle management positions within Elixir Securities and outside the firm.
In addition to on the job experience, Graduates will undergo a 15 day training program as well as be encouraged to appear for their CFA examinations, where Elixir will supplement by providing in-house learning sessions for all levels of the CFA and reimbursement of the full cost of a successful (passed) attempt at the CFA exams. |
